Oh bummer.
Despite online rumors that had Lindsay Lohan in the running to become an X Factor judge, a rep for the show says that the rumors are NOT TRUE.
Spokeswoman Ann-Marie Thomson says:

“We have never spoken to Lindsay Lohan about any role in The X Factor.”

Ouch. Guess that answers that. Sorry, Linds!
