Little Mix just made this Cardi B. and Nicki Minaj drama just a little messier!
ICYMI, round two or three (or seven, who’s still keeping count?) between the female rap queens happened this week when Cardi and Minaj had it out for each other on social media — arguing over deals and collabs like the Chun-Li rapper’s track with Little Mix.

The British X Factor alums initially spilled the tea that they’ve always wanted to work with Nicki and Nicki only, making her a no-brainer pick for their hit Woman Like Me.
But it sounds like the girl group has changed their tune about it all, saying their label approached both female rappers:

Hmm… it genuinely sounds like they could have offered it to Cardi first. There’s no real way to tell here since this statement doesn’t give us any clue as to who got the offer initially — only the ladies’ preference.
So Cardi’s story may hold up!!!
