So much for solidarity!
As we mentioned before, during a taping of Diddy’s Making the Band back in 2008, Kevin Faraday claims he was in the crowd at NYC’s Hammerstein Ballroom├óΓé¼┬ªand he was hit in the abdomen by a guy with a mic.
As a result, Kevin filed a lawsuit against Diddy, MTV, Live Nation, and MANY others!
Now, Live Nation has filed a response to the lawsuit, in which they refuse to take responsibility for the incident AND they say that if anyone is to blame (besides Kevin himself), it’s Diddy, MTV, and other people associated with the event.
Way to sell everyone out, Live Nation! We have a feeling Diddy will be looking elsewhere next time he goes on tour…
