The suits over at Louis Vuitton aren’t too happy that their logo appeared in a Hyundai Super Bowl commercial last month, so now they’re suing them.
According to Louis V, the automakers have violated a trademark infringement by using their “famous and incontestable” logo. They also note that while other expensive products like caviar and yachts were featured, they remained nameless.
We get what they’re saying, but if you look closely at the ad (:03 mark) it doesn’t look like they used the iconic LV logo. It looks as if they used the same pattern as those fake bags you can buy at a swap meet.
Watch the commercial in the clip, above!
What do U think? Did they use the LV logo or not???
