This is awesome!
Lourdes Leon is one of the new faces of Stella McCartney‘s Pop perfume, and she only agreed to do it because she supports the ad’s message.

The 19-year-old daughter of Madonna joins Grimes, Kenya Kinski-Jones, and Amandla Stenberg in the body positive campaign, which promotes self-acceptance.
In choosing her, the designer said:
“So happy to have Lola on the POP team! Lola, who I’ve known her entire life, is at the beginning of her career as a performing artist. She’s an independent, inspirational and free-spirited young woman. Despite being born in the spotlight, she has kept her feet firmly on the ground!”
For her part, Lola praised the campaign’s message and admitted she struggles with body acceptance issues as well:
“I go through this struggle myself, [where] women’s bodies have been made so public that everyone feels like they need to comment. I love when someone doesn’t pretend to be someone they are not.”
Madonna quickly took to Instagram to share a BTS shot and send love to her first born:

Lola seems very confident in expressing herself (her mom taught her well!), and we think she’s a perfect choice for these ads.
