New infuriating details came out about Love Island USA star Hannah Smith’s arrest.
As we previously reported, the 27-year-old reality star was arrested on September 30 on two felonies — willful obstruction of a law enforcement officer and terroristic threats. While at the Coca-Cola Roxy in Atlanta for a Gracie Abrams concert, an “intoxicated” Hannah was “escorted out” of the place “for being disorderly” at around 11:00 p.m. that night. Things got violent from there. Per an incident report, she even “punched” an emergency medical staff member. Yikes! Despite getting hit, the employee turned down pressing charges on the reality star. Rather than calmly going with the police to an Uber afterward, Hannah continued to attack — and it wasn’t just with her fists. She spewed some horrible hate speech, too, apparently. More on that in a minute. According to a warrant, while attempting to get her to her car ride, Hannah tried to punch a cop “with a closed fist” – but “did not make contact.” The officer then placed her under arrest. And she still didn’t stop while in handcuffs.
Hannah reportedly tried kicking the cop and even threatened to kill her and her sister several times. Whoa! The warrant said:
“While said accused was being transported to Cobb County Adult Detention Center she stated she was going to kill me and my sister multiple times with the purpose of terrorizing said victim.”
And it turns out she said a lot more than just that… A source close to the investigation told TMZ on Tuesday Hannah didn’t just threaten the police officer… She also made several racially charged comments! Brace yourselves, because we have the quote. The outlet reported Hannah yelled:
“Bitch. I can’t wait to kill you, you dumbass, ugly bitch ’cause you’re f**king fat, and they love us skinny bitches ’cause you’re f**king Black, and I hate Black bitches so I can’t wait to kill you and your sister, you dumbass bitch.”
What the f**k!
Hannah also told the officer something along the lines of “you hate white bitches.” JFC. So disgusting. But don’t plan on hearing Hannah owning up to her actions, not even doing the bare minimum of apologizing herself. Nope. She’ll let her lawyer handle it right now — and no, it’s not much of an apology. Attorney Mike Hawkins told TMZ that Hannah ordered a drink at the bar at The Roxy with friends before the show and stepped away from her beverage to snap a picture with fans. He claimed she doesn’t remember anything that happened after that:
“Shortly thereafter she has no memory of the events that occurred during, or after the concert. Hannah is deeply troubled by these events. She regrets any actions she took that offended anyone, including law enforcement.”
Hmm. According to TMZ, prosecutors are reviewing the case to decide if they’ll officially charge her. Things don’t look good for Hannah at all, especially after the new details about her arrest. What are your thoughts, Perezcious readers? Sound OFF (below).
