Big news! White Lotus star Lukas Gage and celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton are engaged!!!
An insider spilled the tea to Us Weekly on Wednesday, revealing the lovebirds have secretly agreed to get married! The source dished:
“They’re not telling the public yet, but they have told friends they are engaged. They got engaged before they even had rings and then went to pick them out together.”
Cute!!

Those in their inner circle are already so thrilled for them, the confidant added:
“Friends think they are a great couple. Even though they moved very quickly, everyone around them is very excited about their relationship.”
While they may not be telling the public just yet, we do have confirmation of a ring!
Earlier this week, Chris was named Celebrity Hairdresser of the Year. After accepting the award, he posted several photos to Instagram. While he kept his left hand in his pocket for most of the snapshots, he forgot to do so in one picture featuring his parents — and in doing so, he revealed what looks a lot like an engagement ring on that finger! The pair first sparked dating rumors in late February when they both posted photos from their trip to Mexico. While things certainly seemed flirty, Lukas didn’t confirm the dating speculation at first. In an interview with The New York Times in March, the You star said:
“If they want to think that, they can. I’m a pretty open book about most things in my life, but I have a problem with the culture of everyone needing to know everybody’s business and nothing can be sacred. It’s a weird line that I’m still trying to figure out.”
Just weeks later, Chris — who is Kim Kardashian‘s hairdresser btw — appeared on The Drew Barrymore Show and couldn’t hold himself back. Not only did Chris confirm their relationship, he gushed about how in love they were! When asked if he had anyone special in his life, he revealed:
“I’m very happy, very much in love, and I feel very grateful to be able to share my time with someone very special. Love is a really special thing, and I think meeting someone that you really connect with is really, really special.”
