Kit Culkin may have been out of touch with his former child star son, Macaulay, for over 15 years, but that’s not stopping him from worrying about his health like the rest of us.
Upon seeing the picture that stirred reports of a dangerous drug addiction, the actor’s ex-manager and estranged father has told sources he hopes that Macaulay “has the right people looking after him.”
Since the pain of the separation from his children is still too much to bear, Kit allowed his partner Jeanette Krylowski to speak on his behalf. In a recent interview, Macaulay’s stepmom told sources:
“Oh, gosh. Kit has seen the photo. But he can’t talk about it. He just can’t, because it hurts him too much. Of course he’s worried, he’s incredibly concerned. When I saw the photos I thought, ‘Oh no, this is not good. Either he’s dying of some disease or he’s heavily into drugs.’”
Krylowski has heard that Home Alone star’s rep maintains the rumors of heroin use are “ridiculously fictitious,” but she still can’t help but add:
“It certainly looks like he is on drugs. He looks awful.├óΓé¼┬¥
Putting the subtle insults aside, we’re glad to hear they still care about Macauley. It’s just a shame Kit couldn’t have been so thoughtful when his oldest son was still a kid!
