Macy's Scores Preliminary Injunction Against Martha Stewart!

Martha Stewart may be the biggest loser in her ongoing case with Macy’s!
Back in January, the department store sued Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. over a deal her company made with JCPenney.
Then in February, Stewart claimed the store failed to “maximize net sales” of her branded products, which lead to Martha asking the NY Supreme Court to force Macy’s CEO Terry Lundgren to testify as part of the ongoing legal battle.
It’s been over half a year full of Martha and Macy’s DRAMA, but a judge recently granted Macy’s a preliminary injunction in the case against MSLO and the deal that was made with JCPenney.
The trial is set to to start in November, and won’t be over until Miz Stewart goes back to jail everything is settled fair and square!
