Seems like there’s always controversy with these two!
Madonna recently had to defend her son Rocco‘s latest social media post, but despite her defense, a lot of people still aren’t keen on his post.
The 14 year old posted a video on Instagram that featured unarmed people, including children, being shot by the terrorist group known as ISIS.
Here’s what Rocco originally had written in the video’s caption:
“I think if your (you are) still being a d**k to people, I would stop. We’ve got a little worse of a problem on are (our) hands here guys. We don’t need more negative a**holes here.”
But while the outcry to the video was swift from other commentators, Madonna posted on her own Instagram to defend her baby boy! Here’s what she wrote:
“I applaud my Sons desire to express his outrage by posting footage of ISIS on instagram. Humans are becoming numb to this violent imagery. He is saying our problems are nothing compared to whats going on around the world. Freedom Fighting is in his blood. Lets pray for PEACE! #rebelheart #livingforlove”
While we definitely can appreciate Madonna’s maternal instinct to protect her son, but is that enough to sway you??

He’s got such a large number of followers because of his name, and we understand many of those people though are not trying to see something so awful as the loss of human life in such a horrible way. So we see both sides.
He’s obviously a bright teen, but we’ll leave it up to you to decide if it was acceptable.
