It’s Madge’s turn!
Back in November, Guy Ritchie opened up about his marriage to Madonna, and he had overall positive things to say about it..although he DID compare married life with her to a “soap opera.”
Now, Madonna has decided to speak up about being married to Guy. Here’s what she had to say about it:
“Because when you start off, everything├óΓé¼Γäós great and lovely, and the person you├óΓé¼Γäóve married is flawless, and you├óΓé¼Γäóre flawless.”
“Then time goes by, and you share a life, you have children, and there are cracks in the veneer. It├óΓé¼Γäós not as romantic as it used to be. You think, ‘this isn├óΓé¼Γäót what I thought it was going to be,’ and ‘how much am I willing to sacrifice?'”
Thanks for sharing, Madge! We definitely agree that keeping the romance going is crucial, even after kids are born! And if that’s not happening, then yeah – it’s important to reassess the relationship.
