We just don’t get it!
An 18-year-old man is being charged with inflicting unnecessary suffering or pain on an animal and trespassing in Hagerstown City Park in Maryland.
He was shooting paintballs at ducks as well as concession stands.
His bail was set on Wednesday at $7,000.
Why do people think they can get away with hurting animals?!
