Xtina's Boyfriend, Smiling In His Mugshot!

Matt Rutler posed for a mugshot while he was being booked on DUI charges this morning after getting pulled over in West Hollywood around 2:45 a.m. with an incoherent Christina Aguilera riding shotgun.
Law enforcement officials say he blew a .09 on a breathalizer and impounded his car after he was arrested.
Luckily nobody was hurt, but driving drunk is no laughing matter, so wipe that smirk off your face, Rutler!
A good boyfriend doesn’t drive his girlfriend drunk. Even if A LITTLE drunk.
We sincerely hope you guys have learned your lesson and start taking better care of yourselves because we’d hate to see something happen that can’t be settled in a court room.
