Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are soaking up life with their newborn, and the family-of-three couldn’t be happier!
A royal source revealed to People just how happy the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are with Archie Harrison, who recently turned two-months old, and how they’re continuing to keep things low-key.

The insider revealed:
“They are basking in the glow and enjoying each day. As most new parents are, they’re just so excited. There’s something new every day. They’re just really happy.”
Most recently, the proud parents celebrated the newest addition’s christening on July 6, opting to keep things more private compared to previous ones in the royal family. Typically, cameras are allowed to show the royal fam and guests entering Windsor Castle, with photos released after the private ceremony, but the entire event was kept completely out of the public other than the release of two photos.
The confidant elaborated on the intimate afternoon, which included a brief ceremony and luncheon for 25, (excluding Thomas Markle) including family members and close friends:
“It was very, very low key. You wouldn’t have even known it was going on. It was all very well thought through.”
“Having gone through her confirmation just a little more than a year ago, she forged a very close bond with the Archbishop of Canterbury [Justin Welby]. She has a particular fondness for him, having gone through confirmation as an adult, and going through that process relatively new to the U.K. and at a key point in her life.”
And as for the little man of the hour? He was in high spirits for his big day:
“Archie was so sweet, so calm. The mood was joyful.”

However, not all members of the royal clan are reportedly okay with Harry and Meghan’s choice to keep things so low-key. A source revealed to Us Weekly Prince William and Kate Middleton have their qualms about their choice to keep the blessed event private:
“While the queen accepted Harry and Meghan’s decision to keep the event private, William and Kate weren’t happy about it.”
Yikes! It seems like there’s trouble brewing AGAIN for these brothers.
The insider continued, noting the future King “blames Meghan” for this:
“William thinks his brother is going overboard keeping Archie out of the spotlight.”
This doesn’t come with a huge surprise, considering how much reported controversy there has been between Prince Charles’ sons since Meghan came into the picture.
We really wish the best for these brothers because they need to stick together despite their differences!!
