Michelle Money's Daughter Brielle Reunites With Family After Being Discharged From Hospital 26 Days Later

Brielle Money is finally home!

After spending 26 days at Salt Lake City, Utah’s Intermountain Primary Children’s Hospital, Michelle Money‘s daughter officially celebrated her discharge on Friday! It’s a huge milestone considering the 15-year-old (featured in the top middle of the pic above) entered the ICU on March 29 following her horrifying skateboarding accident.

As we reported at the time, the Bachelor alum’s only child with ex-husband Ryan Money suffered “serious brain trauma and a fractured skull,” with doctors placing her in a medically induced coma to relieve the pressure in her brain.

Alongside three new pics of Brielle, Michelle gushed about her “hero” teen on Instagram in a lengthy caption detailing her thanks to followers for their support and more. The reality TV star wrote:

“26 days after her accident and she is walking out of the hospital with a whole new outlook on life. What Brielle has accomplished since she woke up from her coma is absolutely mind blowing. Her ability to push through the pain and frustration of relearning how to walk, talk, eat, drink, get dressed, shower, brush her teeth etc. is beyond impressive to watch as her mother.”

Money also added how impressive Brielle’s recovery has been:

“Bri’s speech therapist told us that in the 6 years she has been working, she has never seen a kid recover as fast as Bri has. I am incredibly grateful for her speedy recovery yet I know we have a long road still ahead of us. This girl is a fighter. She is a warrior. She is going to do amazing things with her life! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your love, support and prayers! You will never understand what it has meant to us. Never. As I try to explain all of this to Brielle, she is slowly starting to realize what has actually happened the last month. It’s a lot to process but she is very grateful for all of you! She does not want to be remembered for this but I think we all know she has a big purpose here that will far surpass the memory of this accident.”

And it sounds like the family will be continuing their healing privately, stating:

“I am forever grateful she gets the opportunity to experience all this amazing life has to offer her! As she gave me her permission to share this picture, I want to thank you for respecting our privacy and allowing us to process all of this on our own time. Looking forward to a new and beautiful life with this kid. She is my hero. #BrielleStrong”

Ch-ch-check out the 39-year-old’s full post, complete with new photos of Bri (below)!

Brielle’s proud poppa hopped on the social media platform as well, praising his “miracle baby,” while also displaying how their neighborhood welcomed her home social distancing style!

“Our Miracle Child is home. Her recovery is a miracle. She is walking proof that God lives and has his hands all over our lives. So grateful for you! MUCH LOVE ❤️ ❗️❗️”

A full house all for Bri!

It truly is amazing to see how far the young girl has come in just under a month, especially since her health seemed touch-and-go for a minute there.

We have a feeling she’s going to have all the support she needs and will have an extra special celebration once it’s safe amid the coronavirus crisis! We can’t wait for her full recovery!
