News broke on Wednesday the Gossip Girl star passed away unexpectedly at just 39 years old. Early reports suggest she died of natural causes, possibly after complications from a liver transplant.
Fans had actually grown concerned for the actress in recent months, saying she looked “pale and sick” in her photos on Instagram. She assured fans about a year ago that she was “happy and healthy.” It seems her health deteriorated after that?

But in her final photos shared to the site we saw only comments praising her. This is the final pic she ever shared, two weeks ago on February 12.
