Mickey Mouse has transcended international fame — he’s now a UNIVERSAL superstar!
A collection of craters have been discovered on Mercury that overlap to form a GIANT picture of Disney’s most recognizable cartoon character.
The image was taken by NASA’s Messenger probe, which will be orbiting the planet until March 2013 as it continues to collect images from the surface of the planet when the sun is near the horizon.
The man on the moon mouse on Mercury has a head that measures roughly 65 miles in diameter with two smaller, but disproportionate ears.
Very cool, don’t U think?
