A Miley Cyrus fan was arrested outside of her iHeartRadio set in Las Vegas over the weekend after he made some disturbing threats to the superstar on social media.
Law enforcement sources told TMZ police were called to the T-Mobile Arena on Saturday after the Slide Away singer’s security team noticed David Rumsey in the crowd.

Rumsey, 42, was reportedly on Miley’s team’s watch list because he allegedly made troubling remarks about wanting to get the 26-year-old pregnant. According to the outlet, the suspect told the songstress’ team:
“It’s my life’s mission to impregnate Miley.”
The superfan is also claimed to have written a series of bizarre tweets a week before the concert on September 12, telling the Black Mirror actress he’s sorry for hurting her and claimed it was Donald Trump’s fault. He allegedly wrote:
“@mileycyrus again sorry for hurting you before. I blame trump and hope you can see past what happened. I know when I was finally able to come to you it wasn’t a friendly [greeting]. You played with me. Then had me locked up. I can try to let go if you do. I am the king of kings.”
He then said he hoped to have a discussion with Miley about “eternal youth” and “bringing back the dead,” going on to claim he was planning on raising celebs like Michael Jackson and Prince from the grave so they could party with him and Miley.

Sources tell TMZ these unsettling tweets are what caused Miley’s team to distribute Rumsey’s photo to staff inside the venue and order them to be on the lookout for him during the show.
Rumsey was detained by the singer’s security team, then arrested and booked into Clark County Jail on a felony charge of making threats. He is still currently in custody — meanwhile, Miley put on an epic show on Saturday. Phew!
The superstar’s scary stalker situation comes days after she reportedly ended her “romantic relationship” with Kaitlynn Carter. As we reported, the two called it quits a little over a month after they were first spotted making out on an Italian getaway.
Sources claimed they are still friends, but decided it was best to pull the plug on the romantic aspect of their relationship. An insider told People:
“Miley doesn’t want a serious relationship. She and Kaitlynn spent every day together and it just wanted anything [sic] that Miley wanted to continue doing. She wants to focus on her career.”
Hear that, Miley’s stalker? She just isn’t in the right headspace to get impregnated or raise the dead right now.
