Clearly feeling nostalgic, the pic was of Miley as she was getting her cute pixie trimmed. Naked.
Well, she actually had her legs covered up in a towel, but her tatas were out in the open, as she tried to her use her arm to artfully keep them covered. Dayum!!
And yet, she made no mention of it in her caption, writing:
