Minnesota Mom Propositioned & Abused Underage Hockey Players After Hotel Hot Tub Meeting Amid Marital Troubles!

[Warning: Potentially Triggering Content]

A mom of two young children in Blaine, Minnesota was hit with multiple charges of third and fourth degree criminal sexual conduct after an absolutely INSANE alleged incident involving multiple teenage members of a youth hockey team.

So, this incident went down back in January, when Allison Leigh Schardin (pictured above, in her mugshot) was 38 years old. She has since turned 39. But back then, Schardin and her family were at a local hotel in the city of Blaine when a hockey team from Colorado showed up for a tournament here.

The boys were 15 and 16 years old, per the criminal complaint, which was cited this week by Law&Crime as Schardin’s case has now hit the news after her latest court appearance. According to the victims, Schardin’s behavior around them was “really creepy” and allegedly involved multiple interactions both at the hotel AND at their game the next day.

The boys told cops that several of them were down in the pool area of the hotel one night when Schardin joined three of them in the hot tub. While chatting, she opened up to them about her marital issues. Among other problems, she claimed that she’d recently cheated on her husband with a hockey player purportedly between 18 and 20 years old. Again, she was 38 at the time…

The boys thought it was a little creepy, and they returned to their hotel rooms to make it to their 10 p.m. curfew. But after that came and went, several snuck back down to the pool to meet up with Schardin. There, according to the criminal complaint, her husband allegedly became involved. Per the affidavit, when he found her sitting with the boys in the hot tub, he yelled this at her in anger:

“If you don’t come upstairs, our relationship is over.”

The boys exchanged social media information with Schardin, and then went back to one of their rooms. But not long after, the affidavit reports that Schardin sent a Snapchat message to at least one of them. In that message, she claimed to have gotten into a fight with her husband, and asked:

“Can I come into your room?”

She came to the hotel room in question, which held three of the hockey players. There, she purportedly asked their ages, according to the Law&Crime report — and found out they were all underage. The criminal complaint went on to state that Schardin was the one who allegedly initiated sexual conduct with two of the boys, but not before saying this:

“She told them that she was 38 and they were young enough to be her kids.”

WTF…

The boys later told cops that the woman allegedly made several of the following statements during the hotel room visit, too:

“Let’s just do more”

“Let’s have sex”

“We’re already here”

“You already have a 38-year-old woman, a female in your bed, don’t you want to do more?”

From there, cops wrote in the report that alleged sexual activity did take place between Schardin and the boys.

One victim told police later that he felt stuck in the situation and was unsure how to say no. He told cops that he was “not really” interested in engaging in sex acts with the older woman, and “wasn’t totally on board with it” despite answering “sure” out loud when she allegedly propositioned him. He then claimed that he was able to get her out of the room by telling her that they had a game the next morning.

The next day, Schardin allegedly began to message the boys asking which rink was hosting their game. Per the police affidavit, the boys at first tried to beg Schardin off by claiming they’d already lost the game in the hopes that she wouldn’t show up. But the docs noted that she showed up anyways!!!

One of the boys later told cops it “was really creepy” that it appeared Schardin was following them that day. And another claimed to authorities that he was so nervous about her being at the rink that “he was shaking on the bench at one point.”

Eventually, though, the game ended, and the boys and Schardin went their separate ways. But that’s not the end of the story!! After it all wrapped up, the victims allegedly once again heard from the woman through social media. The first victim cited in the criminal complaint told cops that she wrote this to him in a social media message:

“I will do or say anything you want, just don’t tell the police or report what happened.”

Flustered, the boy told cops that he assured Schardin that he wouldn’t report it and didn’t want anything so long as she just left him alone. Then, he blocked her.

The second victim also received a message from Schardin the next day — that one asking how he was doing and hoping that he wasn’t mad at her. He told cops that she asked him about the first victim, too, and requested that he unblock her so they could communicate more.

In the end, it is not clear who reported the incident to police. However it came up, though, cops in Blaine eventually arrested Schardin on February 1 — a little more than two weeks after the alleged hotel incident took place. Schardin reportedly waived her Miranda rights and spoke with cops. During their chat, she admitted that she’d been with her husband and two children for a “staycation” at the hotel, and copped to talking with some of the 15- and 16-year-old boys.

According to Schardin, she was hanging out with the boys because she wasn’t getting along with her husband. She confirmed exchanging social media information, said she’d enjoyed the attention, and even admitted going back to one of the team’s group hotel rooms to “get away from her husband.” Once there, though, she claimed that she had no intention of going through with anything sexual with any of the boys. However, the complaint states that she did admit to sexual contact with two of them, and also that she asked if any of the boys had brought condoms. She told cops that she eventually didn’t feel right, though:

“I think I just, things were starting to progress and, um, I think I thought about it for a moment. And then I just was like, ‘yeah, no, that’s not.’ … And I think at that point it was pretty evident that [the first victim] was kind of uncomfortable.”

Jeez…

This is all coming out now, BTW, because back on Friday of last week, Schardin pleaded guilty to a third-degree charge of criminal sexual conduct. As part of the plea, per Patch, prosecutors dropped the fourth-degree charge. She had originally been facing up to 15 years in prison and a $30,000 fine should she have gone to a previously-scheduled jury trial next month, but that’s all out now with the plea deal. Instead, she faces a maximum of eight months in prison. It’s not yet clear when her sentencing date will be. Per Too Fab, her husband filed for divorce several months ago.
