Miranda Cosgrove is not making any friend in Arizona. The actress/singer canceled her concert at the Arizona State Fair due to scheduling conflicts, but her Twitter says a different story.

“Sitting in my favorite French restaurant after 4 hours of French with my tutor,” she Tweeted the night of her concert.
