As you know, Nelly countersued his rape accuser, Monique Greene, after she sued him for sexual assault and defamation.

Now, The Blast is reporting Greene filed court documents requesting the rapper’s defamation case be dropped because she says she did not defame the rapper as her statements were true and also protected by freedom of speech. The 25-year-old would like the celeb’s case to be dismissed and her original case to continue.
She also points her finger at Nelly’s girlfriend, Shantel Jackson, who she claims corroborated his alibi to “further his defamation campaign” against her. As you may remember, shortly after the incident went public, Shantel released a statement saying she was “at the venues, in the dressing rooms, and on that tour bus,” and that all the claims were “false.”
