Her Minajesty Will NOT Be Judging X Factor

She would have been fierce, for sure, but if this opens her up to tour and record more music, we’re okay with this.
Though we had heard that Nicki Minaj was a strong contender for a seat at the judges’ table of America’s X Factor, sources close to the rapper say she isn’t taking the gig. They insist that “nothing is going on with [the show],” but that Nicki is okay with that.
Ah well! That just leaves the way clear for others to start making their way through.
So, who’s left on the long list of potentials? Hey, what about Jessica Simpson? Is she still in the running? Personally, we’d rather Paula Abdul take a seat next to Simon again, but Jessica isn’t a horrible choice.
Of course, you all know who our first choice is….
