Nicole Pulls An Anna Wintour

We’re going to go out on a limb here, but judging by these photos Nicole Richie really loves this outfit.
The celeb designer has been seen over the past couple of months wearing the same denim jacket, dress, scarf, sunglasses and purse while attending traffic school.
Nicole first debuted the look back in April, but came back with a vengeance in June wearing it twice in one week!
Whatevs. If Anna Wintour can do it, she can too.
