Remember back in July when Rihanna broke the law by tattooing the store owner of East Side Ink and two others?
Well, turns out the shop got cited by the NYC Health Department for “operating with an unlicensed tattoo artist on site”.
Oops!
The fine is only running somewhere between $200-$2000. We’re sure they’re more than happy to pay that.
