Paris Hilton has scored an AH-Mazing legal victory against overseas companies who were selling knock off fragrances from her ├â┬╝ber successful line…
Because she won the court case, y’all!
In 2012, Princess Paris sued UK Fragrances and Z&Z Global Enterprises, accusing them of selling look-a-like perfumes for cold hard cash!
Luckily, the companies didn’t respond to the suit, which basically forced a federal court judge to rule in her favor — ordering UK Fragrances to pay Hilton $6,384.31 and Z&Z to pay her $20,952.66, as well as a cease of sales for any products that infringe on her bottle trademarks.
Apparently, the companies used similar packaging to fool people into thinking they were buying a true Paris Hilton original!
They are SO legally blonde busted!
