Prince Harry has some hard feelings against his dad… but is that who he should really be upset with??
As you know, King Charles III and his wife Queen Camilla were in the US late last month for some events surrounding the United States’ 250th birthday. They met up with the President, and the King even gave some important speeches, but he didn’t have time to go see his son!
Of course, Harry lives over here in the US, so it would’ve been the perfect opportunity for a reunion between him and his estranged dad. But that didn’t play out as he’d hoped! A source for Radar Online said on Wednesday:
“Harry understands that Charles’ trip was scheduled way in advance and that his calendar will be jam-packed. But he’s still extremely disappointed he couldn’t have been squeezed in somehow. It would’ve meant the world to him.”
Aww…
But this insider insists the schedule isn’t the actual problem! According to the source, Camilla is doing “all she can” to make sure her hubby doesn’t reconcile with his youngest son:
“Camilla did not want the meeting to happen. She thinks Harry has caused untold trouble for his father and the royal family, and she has no interest in patching things up.”
Oof!

And the insider said Charles felt obligated to go along with her wishes:
“Charles feels he has no choice but to go along with Camilla, because doing otherwise would cause too much tension at home.”
Ugh. That sux!
And, of course, Meghan Markle is at the center of this beef, too!
The source said Camilla has a huge problem with the Duchess of Sussex:
“Camilla hates that Harry and Meghan are still shamelessly cashing in on their royal titles. … Camilla thinks Harry is a treacherous, selfish wretch.”
OMG!
This isn’t a one-sided feud, either:
“Harry still views Camilla as his father’s mistress who broke up his parents’ marriage. Harry finds Camilla loathsome and unbearably bossy and entitled.”
Plus, he doesn’t like the way she’s treated Meg:
“Harry believes Camilla has no business judging Meghan after all the anguish she herself caused the royals.”
Unfortunately, Charles and the grandkids are stuck in the middle:
“He doesn’t discount Camilla’s complaints, but Harry is his son and he feels like she should understand why he wants to have a relationship with him and his grandchildren.”
While Charles was up for trying to see Harry during his travels, “it became impossible because Camilla put her foot down, and Charles doesn’t have the energy to go up against her.” The confidant concluded:
“Charles had a reasonable excuse, but it’s come across as another snub, which has only made matters worse. … He wants to avoid a situation where he has to play referee between his wife and son.”
Oh, man… This is getting even more heated than before!
