Cameras Rolling! Prince Harry & Meghan Markle's Australia Trip WILL Be Filmed For A Docuseries: REPORT

MEGA/WENN

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle aren’t giving up on their reality show stardom dreams!

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have big plans to travel to Australia in mid-April, where the Suits alum will be headlining a very expensive and exclusive girls’ weekend event. They’ve said the trip Down Under is for a mix of private, business, and philanthropic events. But it turns out the whole thing is a ploy to get back on TV!

Sources spilled the tea to Rob Shuter for his Naughty But Nice Substack on Friday, revealing:

“This isn’t just a tour. Cameras will be there documenting everything.”

OMG!

The project is set to be a travel and food doc, showing off the country’s culture, landscapes, and food scene. The insider detailed:

“Think travel, food and lifestyle. It’s being pitched as a love letter to Australia.”

But, um… whose gonna buy it??

Harry and Meghan’s deal with Netflix appears to be on thin ice. There’s been no word on if With Love, Meghan has been renewed for more episodes, and the streamer just pulled out of financially supporting her lifestyle business, As Ever. They’re claiming they only ever intended to back the biz for a year, but it looks suspicious AF! And it certainly doesn’t bode well for future collaborations.

That said, they did just sell their Girl Scout cookie documentary, Cookie Queens, to Roadside Attractions, which has plans to put it in theaters over the summer. So, they’re not completely reliant on Netflix.

They’ve also got a heavy hitter on their side helping ’em out. Media mogul Kris Jenner has been giving the mother of two tips:

“Kris understands the streaming business better than almost anyone. She’s been advising Meghan on where to take projects next.”

And they’re trying to use a whole new strategy with this project by making it “global,” the insider added:

“They want something beautiful, aspirational and global. Australia is the perfect backdrop.”

Hmm.

We’ll have to wait and see if they can sell it! Would U watch this kind of doc?? Sound OFF (below)!
