On Friday, Italian prosecutor Laura Pedio put in a request to try Dolce & Gabbana founders Domenico and Stefano for tax fraud.
Last month officials investigated Gado, a company the designing duo set up in Luxembourg around 5 years ago, so they wouldn’t have to pay Italian taxes.
As a result, the investigation found the company has failed to declare over 840 million euros (or $1.14 BILLION) in revenue.
Ouch.
It’s unclear the punishment they’ll face if found guilty, but we have a feeling it’s not going to be good.
