Felony Charges Against Randy Quaid & His Wife Have Been Dropped! Get The Deets From The Couple HERE!

October 15 was a good day for the Quaids!
After Randy and Evi Quaid were arrested in Canada earlier this week after five years on the run from felony charges in California, the two were released from jail.
The bizarre couple had been extradited to Vermont and subsequently held on $500,000 dollars bail until a judge ruled on Thursday that there wasn’t enough evidence to try the pair on squatting charges filed in California.

The ruling was a BIG win for the Quaids considering they haven’t been free citizens on U.S. soil since 2010. Randy said of the massive victory:

“It is a very big relief to have been vindicated to a great extent. I would just like to thank everyone for all of their nice thoughts and I hope they will see me real soon out there on the big screen or the small screen or wherever it may be.”

Yep, that sounds like one happy guy!
Legal officials aren’t so certain, however, that the case is totally done. Authorities in Santa Barbara, where the charges were originally filed, said:

“Should the Quaids leave Vermont and enter another state, we expect they will be arrested.”

Wait, we’re SO confused! We guess we’ll just have to see where this wild and crazy case goes from here…
