Teresa Giudice is going to do what she can to avoid jail time for her recent fraud matter and that includes entering yet another not guilty plea in regard to some new charges that have just been added to the growing list that now includes 41 counts.
We told you about how the Real Housewives of New Jersey leopard-print luvah and her Juicy Joe were charged with two more counts of fraud, but that doesn’t mean they’re going to start confessing.
Tre’s lawyer revealed how they plan to handle the new accusations:
“As she did with respect to the allegations contained in the original indictment, Teresa intends to plead ‘not guilty’ to the allegations in the new indictment. She looks forward to defending herself at the trial, scheduled for February 24, 2014. Beyond that, we will answer all of the charges in court, not out.”
Wait a minute! Tre is going to stay silent on the matter???
You mean like how she stayed silent about the Melissa Gorga stripper rumors or the Melissa cheating rumors or the Melissa lip-synching rumors?? Okay, that last one might not have been a complete rumor. LOLz!
But srsly, we don’t know how Tre will do it especially if RHONJ starts filming a new season!
After all, reality TV is about REAL life, right??
