This is even more horrifying than it already was!!
On Sunday afternoon, Rihanna got quite the scare when her home was shot at! Initial reports confirmed she was home for the incident, but it wasn’t known if A$AP Rocky or their kids were home at the time. Nobody was injured, and the 35-year-old suspect, Ivanna Lisette Ortiz, was quickly arrested.
The suspect, who has an eerie past when it comes to the singer, appeared in court for the first time on Tuesday, and it’s there we learned just how much danger she allegedly put this family in.

In a press conference, Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman revealed that both Rihanna and Rocky were INSIDE that trailer when it was hit! OMG! It’s even more miraculous that they weren’t injured!
The couple’s three kids, RiRi’s mother, and two staff members were also inside the main home at the time of the shooting. Two people were in the neighbor’s home that was struck. Jeez. So terrifying for them all!!!
Because of this, along with being charged with attempted murder with special allegations, Ivanna was also hit with 10 felony counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm (with special allegations), and three felony counts of shooting into an inhabited dwelling/vehicle. Her bail was set at $1.875 million.
During her court appearance, Ivanna wore a blue jumpsuit and had her hair in braids. Her lawyer entered a not guilty plea but ultimately withdrew it, per TMZ. She waived her right to a speedy arraignment, and a new court date was scheduled for March 25. Ortiz has been ordered to surrender her guns, and a judge issued a protective order for Rihanna and A$AP Rocky. If convicted, she faces up to life in prison.
