The woman accused of shooting Rihanna‘s home once went after Billie Eilish!
Months before allegedly firing multiple rounds at RiRi’s home on Sunday, 35-year-old suspect Ivanna Lisette Ortiz filed court documents against the Ocean Eyes artist! In paperwork viewed by the NY Post on Monday, Ivanna filed a lawsuit against Billie over her concert in Orlando, Florida in October, claiming it was causing her “immediate and irreparable harm.” What?? Her big concerns?? Noise and traffic.

Ivanna questioned whether a noise waiver had been filed and wanted the court to issue an injunction stopping the show! She argued she was facing damages between $75,000 and $100,000!
The lawsuit also named Live Nation, the concert production company that promoted Billie (and has worked with Rihanna). The emergency petition for a temporary injunction was filed before the concert out of concerns for noise and traffic issues, but a judge dismissed the suit, and the performance went on without problems.
Ivanna seems to have issues with a lot of female celebrities. In concerning social media posts that have emerged after her arrest, she has not only called out the Fenty Beauty founder online but also Cardi B, Kim Kardashian, and more.
She is currently in custody and has been charged with attempted murder, 10 felony counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm (with special allegations), and three felony counts of shooting into an inhabited dwelling/vehicle. If convicted, she’s facing up to life in prison.
