Is RiRi Not Going To Russell And Katy's Wedding?

This is strange.
Although all of the guests of Katy Perry and Russell Brand‘s upcoming nuptials have been in India since the beginning of the week, Rihanna was spotted leaving a restaurant in El Lay yesterday!
What gives?? Is she not going to be in attendance?
We hope she can make it! We’re sure Katy wouldn’t want such a close friend to be missing on such an important day!
