According to The Hollywood Reporter, an arrest warrant has been issued for the Charmed actress for felony possession of a controlled substance.

The charge is for a January 20 incident where she left behind belongings on a United flight while arriving at Washington Dulles International Airport. Authorities say the items tested positive for narcotics.
The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Police Department obtained the order on February 1, and have attempted to contact the thespian for a court appearance.
The warrant has been entered into a national law enforcement database.
As we reported earlier this month, McGowan wrote on Twitter “HW raped me.” THR confirms she is referring to Harvey Weinstein.
