Awwww! We love family reunions!
Roseanne Barr and Sara Gilbert got to recreate a small portion of Roseanne yesterday on The Talk.
Roseanne was the guest on the show next to Sara, Julie Chen, Aisha Tyler, and Sharon Osbourne-stand in Marie Osmond.
When asked by Sheryl Underwood which of her TV kids she was most like, Roseanne responded with:
“I was most like Darlene…I was kind of a rebel, and, you know, I had periods of depression and stuff like that, and I just thought that was a cool and very accurate way that a lot of girls are, especially intelligent, thinking, sensitive girls, so it was important to me to have that element in the show.”
That makes us like their bond even more!
Sara went on to add that the reason the Emmy Award-winning sitcom worked so well was because the actors really had a strong relationship. They weren’t just acting as a family unit, they really had the chemistry.
And this isn’t the first time Sara’s hosted a Roseanne reunion on her show! Back in February, John Goodman was the guest of honor on the panel.
Okay. We know what has to happen next. We want a full-blown reunion on the talk show, complete with Sara, Roseanne, John, Sarah Chalke, and Johnny Galecki.
