Russell Brand Gives Katy Perry Some Advice Before She Hosts SNL, Aww!

Aww, we love sweet stories about married couples that are still in tact!
Katy Perry is preparing for her SNL hosting gig this Saturday night, and Russell Brand is on the phone with her every day to help!
After rehearsals and meetings, she calls him up and tells him how it went. As an SNL hosting vet, he then gives her the heads up on what’s next and encourages her because he knows she’s gonna kill it! Aww…
She gushes:

I’ve only ever hosted, like, dinner parties and birthday parties. This is a bit more than that. It’s not as intimidating when you get here because it’s a bit smaller than it looks on TV, and I’m up for a challenge, for something new. I love to be challenged.
My husband, of course, every day I call him and I’m like ‘this happened’ and he’s like, ‘I know what that means and here’s the next play-by-play for tomorrow,’ so he’s gotten me really prepared for this week, thankfully.
