Sean Penn & Jessica White Back On???

He just can’t break up with someone once, can he?
After briefly dating last year, it looks like Sean Penn and model Jessica White are giving their romance another shot.
Sean was recently spotted with the Naomi Campbell look-a-like at the Gramercy Park Hotel’s Rose Bar sitting close, kissing and ignoring everyone else in the room.
The following night the maybe-couple went out on a double date with director Spike Lee and his wife. According to a source Jessica said “she was back on with ‘her man’.”
Wonder how long they’ll last this time???
