The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is set to resume Season 5 production after abruptly hitting pause in mid-March amid allegations of domestic violence between Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen.

That said, not everyone’s getting back to work! People learned on Wednesday Dakota AND Taylor won’t be filming. They claim Taylor won’t be returning for the rest of the season!
However, the MomTok leader, who isn’t facing charges, could still make a return in the future. Production sources told TMZ that the series is going back into production soon — it could be as early as this week! For now, Taylor’s focus will be on her family and kids, but insiders insisted she WILL film at some point, and the entire cast and crew are supportive of her return when she’s ready. Nice!
Reacting to People’s report that she won’t be filming the rest of the season, Taylor actually commented on Instagram:
“Interesting, that’s not the call I got.”
So it seems like she could be back in Season 5! We’ll have to wait and se…
Taylor and her kids have been through so much. We hope she takes all the time she needs to heal before rushing back to reality TV. As for Dakota, we guess he really meant it when he said he’s stepping away from the spotlight!
