Shannen Doherty Sends Luke Perry Well Wishes With '90210' Photo Following His Stroke

Shannen Doherty is thinking about her former Beverly Hills, 90210 costar Luke Perry amid his medical crisis.
As we reported, the 52-year-old was rushed to the hospital on Wednesday after he suffered a stroke at his Sherman Oaks, California home. According to reports, the Riverdale actor is currently still under observation at the hospital.
Since the news broke, fans and loved ones have been sending Perry well wishes on social media — one of whom being his former on screen love interest.

On Thursday, Doherty shared a sweet snap of the two embracing as their characters on the hit series, which was announced to be getting a reboot on FOX the same day Perry’s stroke occurred.

90210 fans know that Perry played Dylan McKay on the cult classic drama, while Doherty played his love interest, Brenda Walsh, before she left the series in 1994.
But the Heathers actress wasn’t the only 90210 alum to share her well wishes. Former costar Ian Ziering also shared a throwback photo of himself playfully kissing Perry on the face, writing in the caption:

“No words can express what my heart feels hearing today’s shocking news. Let us all say a prayer for his speedy recovery.”
