Shenae Grimes SLAMS 90210 Writers!

Uh oh!
This would definitely make it tough to show up to work day after day!
It seems that 90210 star, Shenae Grimes, had been having quite some trouble with her character, Annie Wilson this season!
After four years of Annie being the good girl next door we had grown to know, this season took a different spin that was undoubtedly out of character…when she became an ESCORT!!
Grimes recently admitted:

“Playing Annie this season was really hard for me because I had zero connection to her storyline whatsoever. To me, it seemed really off-base that my character would even be behaving that way, because she does come from a pretty solid family and there was never any mention of her reaching out to her parents at all for money or anything.”

SO true! What were the writers thinking on this one???
Shenae went on to say:

├óΓé¼┼ôI mean, they had a house in Beverly Hills, her mom’s living in Paris – it’s not like they’re broke, so I couldn’t really wrap my head around the thought process behind what was going on, so that made it difficult.├óΓé¼┬¥

The actress admitted that her fellow co-stars were the ones to help her through her wacky plot line, calling them “amazing” and crediting them for helping her connect.
90210 just wrapped its fourth season last week and got the green light to return this fall!
Wonder what├óΓé¼Γäós in store for Annie next…?
