Sherri Shepherd has a great group of friends!
The actress took to Twitter to thank her friends for their support as she battles her ex-husband over whether or not she’s legally responsible for a child born to a surrogate.

Shepherd’s husband alleges that the mom of one is legally responsible for the baby boy since they decided on the pregnancy via-surrogate BEFORE they split. The former View host, however, argues that her ex is simply using the child as a money making scheme.
The two were in court on Wednesday to continue the arduous legal battle and according to onlookers Sherri would not look her husband or the surrogate in the eyes during the entire hearing.
Sounds contentious!

Aww, it sounds like girl has some great friends!
We just hope this case reaches an amicable resolution for all parties involved.
