Shia LaBeouf went straight back to partying after he got out of police custody!
As Perezcious readers know, the actor was arrested in the early morning hours of Tuesday after getting into a brawl outside of a New Orleans bar amid Mardi Gras celebrations. He was taken to the hospital for unknown injuries before he was arrested for two counts of simple battery.
Well, according to reports, right when he got out, he hit the French Quarter again! TMZ viewed court papers that note he was released on his own recognizance, meaning he didn’t have to pay bail.
According to DailyMail.com, Shia was seen ripping off a paper wristband as he was released. Refusing to answer questions, he ran away and to a Shell gas station, where he bought a Gatorade. After a two-mile walk, he made it back to the parade route before slipping into Cajun Mike’s Pub and Grub. He switched to beer as he took in the festivities and was seen chatting with fans after buying himself a new shirt and glasses at the VooDoo Mart.

According to TMZ‘s intel, Shia showed up to The Jimani just about 50 minutes after his 3 p.m. court appearance. He reportedly ordered a burger and fries with water. The place is known for its “Hang Ova Burger,” but it’s unclear what kind the Even Stevens alum ordered.
People at the pub chatted up the 39-year-old, who didn’t say anything about his recent arrest. Instead, they caught up about the Olympics and a newly engaged couple spoke to him about marriage, and he congratulated them and told ’em marriage is a beautiful thing, but something that has to be worked on daily. Oof.
We just learned Shia and his longtime wife Mia Goth secretly split about a year ago. Awkward!

After taking a selfie with the group, Shia went on his way… and straight back to partying! He was seen on Bourbon Street, where he pretended he wasn’t famous, even as folks approached him ready to talk. In another video, he was shockingly seen happily waving around his release papers. He even told a local reporter that his favorite part of the celebration is the people.

Things took a concerning turn very early in the morning on Wednesday when Shia took to X (Twitter) to post a cryptic message, writing:
