Grisly Subway Death: Suspect Pleads Not Guilty In Fatal Push; Family Speaks Out

The tragic tale continues…
We’ve discussed the possibility of whether or not the photographer who captured the image of Ki Suk Han seconds before his death could have rescued him.
But now let’s talk about the suspect.
Thirty-year-old Naeem Davis plead not guilty at his arraignment, claiming self-defense after witnesses saw him push the 58-year-old Han onto the tracks of the 49th Street subway station as a train made its way through.
Naeem told police Han was drunk and armed with a knife, insisting he attacked him and grabbed him before Naeem took action to defend himself.
Other eyewitnesses have testified in the case, citing a loud argument between the two before the incident took place. Though one witness swears Han instigated the physical violence.
The Assistant D.A. grilled Naeem’s story though… claiming he calmly picked up his things and left after pushing Han to his death.
…so it would seem as if he could have easily prevented the death had he picked him back up right after pushing him?
What do U think should be done here?
Though Naeem has multiple burglary and theft situations on record, Han’s wife did tell police he was drinking before he left the house that day. And one law enforcement source did report that Han was carrying a bottle of vodka with him at the time.
Han’s daughter has spoken since the death, simply stating, “the thought of someone helping him up in a matter of seconds would have been great, but what’s done is done.”
So sad…
We can only hope true justice is served here, whatever that may be.
In the meantime, all we have is love and light for the families involved in this horrific case.
