Yesterday, the L.A. Arsonist was arrested…and now we’re hearing that a similar arrest has taken place in New York City.
NYC police have brought in a man suspected of four “firebombings” that took place on Sunday night, which may have been hate crimes. The molotov cocktails/bombs were made from Starbucks drink bottles. Awful!
According to Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly, the suspect was reportedly “at the scene of at least two of the Queens attacks on a bodega, the Imam Al-Khoei Foundation, an Islamic cultural center where about 80 people were worshipping, and two homes, one of which was used as a Hindu temple.”
We’re also hearing that the police believe the suspect is responsible for an attempted fifth attack at a home in Elmont, NY.
The suspect has reportedly confessed to the crimes, and will hopefully be put in jail for a loooong time!
We REALLY hope this is the last we hear about fire-related attacks! Violence is NEVER the answer!!!!
