Tamar Braxton is feeling all the love in the world for longtime boyfriend David Adefeso.
The Braxton Family Values star opened up emotionally on Instagram Saturday night, sharing a special message for her man in a very public way. Of course, as we’ve been reporting, this follows Adefeso coming to Braxton’s rescue after he discovered her unconscious amid a possible suicide attempt during a “staycation” visit to a hotel in the middle of last month.

The 43-year-old singer and actress took to the social media platform to proclaim her gratefulness of Adefeso’s presence in her life. She referenced his heroic act upon finding her “in our home lifeless” after the incident, adding (below):
“I came here just to say this and then I’m logging off… if you have ever been in recovery or treatment you know that you reflect on a lot of things… so I couldn’t let another day, another second go by without PUBLICLY Thanking my Love @david.adefeso for saving my life… I’m so grateful. I was in our home lifeless ?? & I’m sure finding me the way that you did couldn’t have been easy.”
From there, Braxton pressed on, referencing how her love has forever “held me when I have been weak” and sharing more:
“Know that people coming at you saying all this crazy stuff, isn’t easy for me. People have called you every name in the book, to deflect from what’s really been going on. Through this entire time, you have held my hand, heard my cries, held me when I have been weak. You have had my ENTIRE back‼️ I will not allow anyone to call you controlling or ‘that’s that African man’ ???♀️? like I don’t have a mind of my own ? cause without THIS African man, I simply would not be here. Everything isn’t political and your love for me is not that.”

The Love And War singer summed things up with a flourish, concluding her appreciation for David, who is high on her list of priorities, as is son Logan Vincent Herbert:
“You were here for me when NOBODY was and still is. YOU and Logan are priority. Thank you for being my Rock and now, my Angel on earth. I love you.. and although I been said yes in this old video… now and then, I couldn’t imagine what life would be like if you weren’t by my side. thank God I’m here and thank God for you ❤️‼️?”

Awww! Love it! After the scary incident last month, Tamar was quickly transferred to a mental health hospital. Adefeso himself has previously said Tamar is now healing, and receiving extensive medical care, after her abrupt hospitalization following the unsettling event. And though the longtime TV personality’s first public message since that moment was an emotional one, Instagram posts like this sure make it seem like she’s getting back on her feet once again. Here’s hoping things continue to improve for Tamar… with David by her side the whole time!
