Taylor Swift Crashed Her Car TWICE With 'Rolling Stone' Reporter!

Taylor Swift is a good driver, she swears! This was just an off day… that happened to be covered by the biggest music magazine in the world…
The ME! singer performed on Friday night’s star-studded episode of The Graham Norton Show, in which Sophie Turner, Michael Fassbender, Jessica Chastain, and James McAvoy were talking Dark Phoenix (and Game Of Thrones and It: Chapter Two).

But it was afterward she got the best reaction, from her wild story about getting into TWO car wrecks in one day!
Not only that, it was when a Rolling Stone journalist was embedded with her — and in the car at the time!
Taylor explained:

“So when Rolling Stone does a cover story, it’s like they hang out, you know. You hang out with this journalist for a couple days. If you drive around, they’re sitting there. If you go to lunch, we hang. It’s, like, a thing.”

Basically it’s like Almost Famous with less drug use. Or more drug use. It depends on the musician.

Taylor continued:

“And it was a huge deal for me to have a cover of Rolling Stone. It still is, like, for me, that’s like, ‘Ahhhh!’ Like, it’s a big angel singing moment, so of course, I was just like, ‘Be your best self today’ [and] like, ‘If you’re going to drive, you drive the best you’ve ever driven!'”

LOLz! She was too in her own head! Recipe for disaster!
Have you ever tried consciously think about every single motion you’re making while riding a bicycle? Instant crash!

“And also, you’re like, how do I be real… and not like pretending to be real? Like when I clearly know this is a journalist. Gah.”

Yep, definitely too in her head.

She decided to take him on a normal day, as if he weren’t there — which meant driving herself to the studio.
And they got in TWO car accidents!
Taylor elaborated:

“One was my fault, one was not. One was an ‘I’m sorry,’ the second was a ‘You’re welcome, I saved your life.'”

Wow! It’s unclear how much she’s exaggerating, but this poor guy definitely thought he was going to die in a car with Taylor Swift.
She recalled:

“We got sideswiped, but I was like — I was fully panicking, and when we got sideswiped, I think he screamed out something like, ‘I have a new baby at home!’ And I was like, this is not gonna be a good cover story for me.”
