Taylor Swift comes to the rescue!
On Tuesday, Swiftie Lindsay Sizemore revealed on Twitter that the Shake It Off musician sent her flowers and a handwritten note after she suffered a “bad car accident” that left her in a neck brace, and arm and leg casts.

The fan wrote on social media:
“i finally stopped crying long enough to post that taylor swift just sent me flowers and a handwritten note… im still in complete utter shock. @taylorswift13 @taylornation13 thank you so much. i love you endlessly, you have NO IDEA how much this meant to me… see u on tour bb”
The 29-year-old pop star’s letter — dated April 8, 2019 — read:
“Lindsay,
Hi buddy. I’m so sorry to hear about the accident. My heart aches knowing that such a wonderful person is having to go through this. I hope these flowers brighten your day. You’re gonna rock that neck brace and soon we’ll all be bopping at shows together again. Give hugs to your family for me. I’m so happy you’re okay,
Love,
Taylor”
Needless to say, Sizemore was extremely appreciative of Swift’s gesture, which made her cry tears of joy!

On Tuesday, Lindsay told E! News that Taylor’s package “was the sweetest thing ever,” adding:
“I never in a million years expected to receive flowers from her. I don’t know how she even knew of me or me being in a neck brace or a bad car accident… She’s like a magical fairy godmother… She has eased the pain of a broken leg, neck, back, finger, and 11 ribs.”
Sizemore was surprised by the gift because she has “no taylor follow and never had a notice EVER,” which most likely means someone “told Taylor or [fan site] Taylor Nation” about her story.
Regardless:
“It brightened my entire life and it was much needed in such a dark time. I feel so blessed.”
Flowers and note aside, Lindsay said Taylor has “helped” her through the years, explaining:
“She has helped me so much through the past 11 years with her music. She’s helped me through heartbreaks, when my world had fallen apart and she’s also made good days better with her music.”
Of course, Swift is no stranger to doing good deeds.
As we reported on Tuesday, she donated $113,000 to the Tennessee Equality Project, an LGBTQ organization.
Taylor is simply the best!
