The Teen Mom 2 star is pregnant with her third child right now, and on Tuesday afternoon she shared a bit of that journey with her Instagram followers by posting a baby bump pic of her tummy at 38 weeks along!

OMG!! Not long, now!
The 26-year-old reality TV star and her husband Cole DeBoer — who have one child together already, son Watson Cole — will be welcoming a baby girl this time around, and by the looks of it, that kid is really close to meeting her parents!
So happy for Chelsea during this special time in her life.
