Heartbreaking.
Earlier this week, Teen Mom 2‘s Leah Messer emotionally took to Twitter to share the question her eight-year-old daughter, Ali, asked her while she was applying makeup. As you may know, Ali struggles with muscular dystrophy — a genetic disease that causes progressive weakness and loss of muscle mass.

The 25-year-old posted to social media:
